Most people arrive here suspicious, which is the correct response to a large discount. This page is the answer: how the saving is produced, what we can guarantee, and the specific things we cannot. If any of it does not satisfy you, do not order — ask us first.
The two levers that produce the discount, and the one that does not exist.
A single subscription bought once is priced for one person. We commit to blocks of access across a cycle, which is priced differently — that difference is the majority of what you see as a discount.
Paying a dollar subscription from a taka card adds a conversion margin on every single payment. We settle centrally instead, so that margin is paid once at wholesale rather than repeatedly at retail.
There is no rate-limited proxy, no shared workspace pretending to be a personal account, and no third-party wrapper. If a plan is pooled or limited in any way, the product page says so before you pay — that is the whole test.
Stated per product, in writing, before payment.
You get access to the paid tier named on the product page, on a genuine account, with the feature set the vendor ships. Capability is never the variable between our tiers; capacity is.
What you bought, for how long, at what price, and what happens at the end of the term. The same wording for every order, so there is nothing to interpret later.
Not a ticket queue. The channel you ordered on reaches the same team for the length of your term, within the hours stated below.
Price in taka on the product page, with that tool’s own activation window. Nothing is hidden until a later step.
A local payment method, chosen on the order page. You get the amount in writing before access is prepared.
Credentials and setup notes arrive on the channel you ordered on, inside the window stated on the product page.
Before the term closes we message you. You continue or you stop — there is no stored card to charge and no silent renewal.
No badges, no invented statistics. If a row here turns out to be false, that is a refund conversation and we will have it.
Both are sold, and the product page states which before you order. A pooled seat is labelled as pooled; a personal seat is yours alone. It does not change after you pay — if a page does not say, do not order until you have asked us.
Real hours, stated plainly — we are not a 24/7 operation and will not pretend to be. Outside these windows you will get a reply at the start of the next one.
