- The facts, in one placeThe trust ledger — what you receive, when it activates, what happens at renewal, and what happens if it breaks. Not terms, but every row there is one we can be held to.
- Support hours and channelsIf a term matters to your purchase, it is worth asking before you order. The support hours there are real, the reply windows are stated in full, and there is a form if you would rather write it down than message us.
- Asked before orderingThe question register, and the route to a person for anything not filed in it yet.
