What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. Short, because we collect little.
Your name, the phone number or email you order on, and the details of what you bought. If you tell us you have paid, we also hold the number you sent from and the transaction ID you gave us, so we can match the payment on our statement.
We do not store card numbers. We hold no payment instrument of any kind and cannot charge you. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.
To deliver what you bought, to support you for the length of your term, to match your payment against our records, and to meet our own accounting obligations.
Nobody, except where a vendor requires an account identifier to provision the access you bought, and where the law requires disclosure. We do not sell data and we do not pass your details to marketers.
Order and payment records are kept for as long as our accounting obligations require. Support conversations are kept while they are useful and then deleted. You can ask us to delete anything not required for accounting.
The site uses cookies for the things it cannot work without: your basket, your currency preference, and a referral code if you arrived with one. Signing in sets a session cookie. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct something wrong and we will correct it. Ask us to delete what is not legally required and we will delete it. Write to support@toolslab.co.uk, or message us on WhatsApp — either reaches the same people.
Passwords are stored hashed and are never readable by us or recoverable in plain text. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it, and every change to an order or a payment is recorded against the person who made it.
Ask us before you order rather than after. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we will answer in writing, which is the form you will want if it ever matters.
